Interactive Metronome®

Interactive Metronome® is a research based training program combining the concept of a musical metronome with a patented technology system that accurately measures and improves a person's timing and rhythm.  The IM program "trains the brain" to plan, sequence, and process information more efficiently.

The IM program is administered through certified professionals and typically involves 15 sessions completed over 5 weeks.

Research has shown that the IM program improves the following areas:

• Control of aggression and impulsiveness

• Coordination

• Language processing

• Academic performance
